Yarn Along

Joining in over at small things.

Yarn and books have been my best friends this winter.

Currently reading 'The Birthday Party' by Veronica Henry - borrowed from the local Library - I probably picked it up because of the sparkles on the cover. It is light and entertaining bed time reading.

Crocheting squares for a blanket to use up some of the odd balls in the stash.

Making progress on both - I am happy with that.
Want to see what yarn project others are working on or to join in hop on over to small things.
Hope there is some colour and sparkle in your week.

That's what I love about scrappy crafting- you can use whatever you like to make up squares or blocks and it always looks great.

Enjoy the reading. There's nothing like a good book!

The squares are looking very pretty. I'm usually drawn to pretty book covers, a pity that doesn't necessarily mean they are a good read, bummer.
