If you stick with one project for a week or more, instead of flitting between several, progress becomes obvious.
I have made a dent in the bag of yarn which I showed here and I am currently working on block 15 - Yippee!
(Oh, and that would be why all the blog posts for the past week are about these blocks.)
My book this week is 'The Salt Road' by Jane Johnson. It is a novel which parellels the lives of two women one from ancient times and one very modern woman. It is set in Morrocco and as with most foreign novels, the descriptions make me want to go and see the place for myself.
Joining the yarn along again this week.
Hope your week is full of colour.

I say it every time, so I'll say it again. Beautiful crochet blocks.
Well done with your tally of blocks. They make me want to make some too!
That sounds like an interesting book.
Still love your blocks, 15, you're going really well.
What lovely blocks -- the finished project will be gorgeous! The book you're reading sounds interesting, too -- I love books that make me want to visit the location. The Glass Palace by Amitav Ghosh was like that for me. -- Kathy at http://www.needleandspade.com
I love the colors and pattern of this blanket
Can't wait to see the end result!
God Bless

I think that's half my problem too - I flit between projects and don't seem to finish anything.
Inspired by your amazingly pretty progress this week, Im going to concentrate on one thing and see what happens.
Bravo by the way!
What pretty little squares! Seeing the progress always feels so good.
Maybe that is my problem, that I dont stick to just one project!!! Those squares are gorgeous, no wonder you want to keep making them! I will have to keep an eye out for that book, I would rather like a trip to Morrocco!!
Those blocks are absolutely beautiful!
