Tuesday Treasure

I inherited this brooch from my grandma which was a wonderful surprise as she was a very practical woman and jewellery was only worn on very special occasions.
My father believes it came from his grandmother as the family were quite well off and important members of their community.
I am just so happy to have it in my possession.
Check with the queen of treasure to see who else is playing this week.
Happy Tuesday

I have a brooch quite similar that was my Grandmothers I think the one I have is on a bar, I will have to go and have a closer look. A piece of jewellery such as this is a wonderful treasure to own and remember where it came from.
