We trimmed the blocks.
Played with the layout, but it seems the blocks had their own idea.
Not paying close enough attention!
There was plenty of unsewing happening!
Now we've got it the right way.
And by midnight we had pairs.
Oopsie inspecting in the light of day.
Oopsie sure is handy in the sewing room.
I am using a quilt as you go method for these blocks and had all the individual blocks quilted before Friday.
After a slow start we got it happening and I am very happy with this progress.
Thanks to Heidi and Bobbi for coordinating the Friday night Sew In.
Happy Weekend.

Well done!
They look great all together.
A new quilt by the end of the weekend? Just the right weather for it too...glad Oopsie is keeping an eye on proceedings, she certainly does appear to be a good sewer's assistant.
How does quilting as you go work? How do you then join the blocks together?
Sorry probably really silly questions but I'm a complete novice at quilting!
Cute Oopsie! And great guns with the quilting!
Unsewing is my least favourite thing about sewing. (And I unsew a lot)
Love the blocks. It sounds like Oopsie was a huge help to you at Friday Night Sew in!
Oopsie certainly is turning into a useful companion! The blocks are looking great, the finished quilt is going to look fabulous.
Oh, that's so pretty! You all are such an inspiration to me. :)
