Saturday afternoon I ventured over to the Stitches and Craft show at Caulfield.
While it was quieter than it has been in past years I enjoyed catching up with all the crafty bloggers who were featured there and of course I couldn't come home empty handed.
I picked up this bundle from the lovely ladies at Ink and Spindle - it was way easier than trying to choose just one or two fat quarters.
These pieces are various sizes - all large enough to be useful.
I couldn't go past Jodie at Ric Rac one more time without picking up the pattern for these cute guys - figured I'd get the felt pack at the same time and I may even get one done.
There is a plan with a deadline - lets see if I make it?
I already decided before I went that I was going to get some hardware for purses from Nikki and well how could I choose just one - so I got enough to make a few.
I had a lovely afternoon and got to chat with some shopping bloggers too. Enjoy your week with lots of creative spaces. Happy Crafting

Mmmm, a bot deadline...good luck with that...skip the work portion of the week and I'm sure you'll make it in time.
Those robots are cute! I'm glad you had a lovely afternoon. Happy sewing today. I will take some of my crocheting outside since it looks like it's a beautiful day with a gentle breeze. Maybe it won't get too hot day - just maybe!
I love your purchases, especially the disco-bots! They are very cute.
Have fun with the purses too!
Sounds like you had a wonderful time.....
Sounds like you had a great day. I like your puchases. The robots are so cute.
What great buys. I didn't even know the craft show was on. It would've been a perfect way to spend Mother's day.
Well done... Love Jodie's robots and I can't wait to see them made up. You did very well with your purchases.
Oh you lucky girl look at all of that lovely fabric!!! I can hardly wait to see what you make ;)

I want a robot pattern too. Maybe I can get one this weekend. Are you going to sew it together? Would love to catch up with you?
