A pretty scarf for autumn.
Yarn Freedom Spirit. Design my own |
The colours in this yarn remind of me of autumn in places where leaves change from green to pretty colours before carpeting the ground. We don't have many trees like that here so it is fun to play with this yarn of the season.
The hook has been busy making more hats with leftover or donated yarns.
A pretty doily inspired pink/purple one and
red diamonds.
Both hats modeled by a fellow yarn ball, not sure what I will use once I've knitted that boring grey/green yarn?
The beach from a different angle.
The moon was coming up over the water, even though the sun was not yet asleep, it was very large.
Wishing you lots of colour in your creative space this week.

The Fall yarn is lovely. You need to make yourself some sort of head form to display your hats on. :) I just love finding that the moon has risen before the sun has even gone down. It's all rather amazing yet everyone takes it all for granted. Wishing you a wonderful day. Tammy
Lots of lovely colours and projects at your places. Things come off the needles/hooks quickly for you :) Lovely beach photo.
warm heads for winter... exactly what is needed.... you might need to find one of those head shapes... or carve one???

Beautiful colours in your yarn...definitely shades of Autumn. Lovely sunset!
That colour is very autumnal. I agree with you Australia (at least where I live ) doesnt seem to have the riot of autumn colour that our Northern Hemisphere friends seem to experience.
Happy Yarning and enjoy your 4 day break.
Great hats! Will need to get hooking soon too.
