turned out to be a very fast project.
Finished this morning.
Not a particularly good stash buster project as I have leftovers from a 50g ball of yarn!
The design is just a little different to a regular hat pattern which added to the experience along with the pretty decoration achieved by the cable and lace - I really like the way the crown is shaped and pattern this creates.
Pattern - Hermione Hearts Ron by Christy Aylesworth
Yarn - Bella Baby Sugar 4ply wool

That is gorgeous Mistea! Love the color.
Oh so pretty..Love it. Sure beats my grey trip one Lol. Enjoy your stitching. I am hand quilting along with you.
Just LOVE this hat!!! Hanni made it in grey, and I fell in love with it. I definietly will have to make one.
Don't fret about the left-over yarn...You can make another one for a gift, and keep this one for yourself.
Wow what a beautiful hat - the colour is fab and the pattern so pretty....even better that its HP related!!

A great finish! I picked up the knitting yesterday but then got distracted! Maybe today!
oh such dedication to your needles. I've started a simple tea cosie and am only 1/3rd the way there! Of course I do have little Miss LJ here to distract me with trips here and there.
Gorgeous hat, the pattern esp on the crown is just lovely :)
That hat is gorgeous!
That is a very pretty hat! Nice color and design. My husband asked me to crochet him one but not sure what kind of yarn I should use that will look manly enough. :) Have a fabulous day. Tammy
Very nice hat!!!
Hi Mistea :) Coming from Ana's blog. I made this hat for Christmas. I was satisfied with the result altough for me it was a little bit slouchier I wished, but it was a gift for my cousin, who loved it.
Blogged about it here: http://hannicraft.blogspot.hu/2013/01/hermione-hearts-ron-hat.html
Pretty blue hat...liking that crown pattern...just make another one, that'll use up that pesky left over yarn...
