I stitched the 'C' on Saturday and another 'T' on Sunday.
I was on track to give these to some ex-colleagues that I was catching up with on Monday.
and then disaster struck!
A little cold water rinse as per instructions and the red ran!
I am not a happy stitcher and decided that no-one could have one if I couldn't give all my friends a present!
Happy Stitching

How terrible after all that work.
What if you try some 'no run'. I have used it before and it worked a treat when some overdyed thread ran.
Oh no how frustrating and well....(insert appropriate word) annoying.
Good suggestion from Marina, I hope it works.
Oh no, all that work and then this... Hope your next day will be better!
Not sure what to do about the bleeding though...
How dissapointing !
Surely there is something you can do? Those are adorable...how disappointing.
Oh your poor thing. I hope it can be fixed.

I'd be spitting chips...
So sorry you had this crafting mishap. I dont know anything about stain removal but I hope you can fix it.
Hope you have solved your problem by this - I had a disaster quite some years ago with hand-dyed fabrics in an appliqued RAFFLE QUILT - gently treated the colour run with a Napisan product and it came up a treat. Also, I had re-appearing brown marks on my red and green Flowering Almond quilt, from a washable marker pen, treated them the same way and it has remained beautifully for many years now. Let me know if you need to know the exact product, I will pop to the shop tomorrow and let you know the exact one!
Hugs - Lurline♥
