New projects and a new book.
A little pink cotton lace knitting making a change from red and cream socks, so far so good.
I decided on a lighter read this week, not sure I succeeded? House Rules by Jodi Picoult is set around a teen character with Aspergers Syndrome. There are lots of rules and routines to get through the days. So far I am just getting to know the characters, it takes more concentration than I thought it might.
A little hooking this afternoon using some leftover yarns to make another hat (because we're bound to have more hat weather before winter is through).

Hmm, not sure Jodi's books are ever light reading, not that I've ever read any of them. I can't deal with the doom and gloom stories.
ReplyDeleteYour pink lace is gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteA very pretty jacketison our needles now...

I love the lace and the shade of pink! What pattern is that? One of your own?
ReplyDeleteThe pink and lace is beautiful, will it be something for you?
ReplyDeleteWondering what the lace knitting will be. Jodi Picoult is never light reading. I hope you enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteI like Jodi Picoult books, but I don't think I would call them light reading! Janet Evanovich, to me is light reading. The pink is going to be very pretty, whatever it will be.
ReplyDeleteYour cotton lace is pretty+++.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm sure there will be plenty more hat weather to come before we see some decent sun!
The pink is very pretty.... I have read a few of her books.. they are confrontational but a good read...
